F200 Sales Tax Exemption Form (NA only)

The F200 Sales Tax Exemption Form is required for F200 Hardware Device shipments within North America. 

Data collected includes:

  • Legal name

  • Address

  • Name and Email address of individual with signing authority

  • Sakles and USe Tax Registration Number
