Information on how to access the Partner File Directory
Partner File Directory Overview
The Partner File Directory is designed to be a dedicated folder that contains various partner-specific content including software links, project files, quotes, and other files.
The Partner File Directory is updated regularly as new content is generated and also keeps archives of previous content so that it can be readily available to partners and their team members at their convenience.
Notifications are sent by J2 when new content is made available so that partners may be aware of any updates or new files as they are added.
Partner File Directory Enrollment
Access is shared to partners via Sharepoint, by adding the user as a shared viewer. The steps outlined below are required for user’s to access the site to download content from the site.

Re-hosting for a Non-Distribution Partner
The "Partner File Directory" folder is designed to be accessed by Distribution Partners only. The content in the Partner File Directory may contain partner sensitive data such as pricing and/or order records that are primarily to be viewed by a Distribution Partner. If any of the files within the Partner File Directory need to be accessed or shared with a Customer (such as software installers), the partner will need to download the content and re-host it using their own internal sharing processes with the Reseller.
